The Global Sisterhood Charity Partnership Story
A young woman named Janae was able to continue her education in large part because the Angels’ Place supported her by offering childcare for her baby while she attended school. Janae went on to receive her Ph.D. After hearing this story, the founder of the Global Sisterhood Dr. Shellie became an enthusiastic supporter. Janae explained what Angel’s Place meant to her. Because of this, The Global Sisterhood has been providing resources for the children in the daycare setting.
Jennifer Leck the Program Director at Angel’s Place stated, “Thank you so much to The Global Sisterhood for the generous donation of diapers and paper towels to Angels’ Place. Your kindness and support is truly appreciated. Thanks to the caring people and organizations in the community, we have been able to support families for over 30 years. You are truly a blessing.”
